- Documents that need to be apostilled can be brought to one of our Polish offices in Warsaw or Gdansk. If you live in another city, documents can be sent by any courier service to the same address. Along with the documents, be sure to enclose a photocopy of your passport (or the passport of the person whose documents will be requested or legalized in Ukraine), and also please indicate your contact details.

5. Nota Bene specialists in Warsaw and Kyiv will complete the necessary steps to fulfill your order — they will send documents to Ukraine, receive non-conviction certificates, request duplicate birth certificates, archive transcripts, court rulings, etc. Where necessary, they will have them notarized, perform consular legalization or have an apostille stamp affixed at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, or the Ministry of Education.
6. Our specialists will then transfer the ordered documents back to our Polish office. We will send you a message that the work has been completed, attach a photo of the required documents, and perform their sworn translation into Polish in consultation with you.
7. You will need to pay the rest of the amount and collect your order. You can pick it up in person at our office in Warsaw. We can also send your documents to your address as agreed with you (usually via an InPost Paczkomat).
Please note that we have insured our professional liability and business reputation for PLN 200,000, so in the unlikely case, we lose or damage your documents you will be entitled to compensation for both material and moral damage.
