A sworn translation from Latin and into Latin (tłumaczenie przysięgłe)
is a document containing a translation that is as accurate as possible and fully corresponds to the original. The accuracy and truthfulness of the translation is certified by a specialist appointed by the Polish government – a sworn translator (tłumacz przysięgły) who is licensed by the Ministry of Justice.
Sworn translation from Latin in Warsaw and other cities is usually required as a rule for translation of the church and historical records. Due to the fact that Latin is an official language of the European Union, as it is the official language in the Vatican City State, there are also some Latin court interpreters for this purpose.

Deadlines for sworn translation from Latin into Polish
